How to use your puncture repair spray
1. Remove the object that caused the puncture2. Vigorously shake the can3. Position the valve at 10 o'clock or 2 o'clock4. Firmly screw the appropriate end to your inner tube's valve5. Remove the safety top on the cap6. With the spray held vertically (nozzle up), spray all contents in a single go7. Rotate the wheel to make sure the product distributes evenly8. Ride for a few miles and then reinflate your tyre to the right pressure
Tip from the pros
You should replace the repaired inner tube after your ride.When used to prevent punctures, this product is effective for up to three months.

Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: may burst if exposed to heat.Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, naked flames and any other source of heat. Do not smoke. Do not spray onto a naked flame or other ignition source. Do not perforate or burn, even when empty. Protect from sunshine. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C/ 122°F.
