Swimrun
Swimrun is an outdoor sport that combines running and open water swimming. It is mainly done in teams of 2 and consists of several alternating stages of the two disciplines over varying distances.
Adjustment position
The buckle should be placed behind the thigh so that it does not interfere with movement during transitions (movement between the centre and the front).The elastic band does not move thanks to the silicone band, so the adjustment setting you put it on at the beginning stays in place until the end of the race.
