We recommend using this hard lure with:- 12/100 braid- 28/100 fluorocarbon leader- no. 1 snap- size 2500 reel- rod with MH casting weightYou will need to twitch your rod with little flicks of the tip to get the lure to perform the enticing "walking the dog" motion. This technique is done by pausing from time to time.
