What is this stationary swimming tether made of?

This material is made up of 2 layers:- a fixed portion: adjustable tether and attachment to a fixed support (such as a pool ladder);- an interchangeable part that you can accessorise with a belt or ankle loops.The tether has an adjustable range of 1 metre, meaning a total length ranging from 2 to 3 metres. It must systematically be attached to the edge of the pool using the hook. Remember to check that the fastener is properly closed before swimming.
