How do the different resistances work?
Each resistance band indicates the strength required to stretch the band to twice its length. With this set, you have 4 progressive levels: 10 kg for starting a new exercise or working gently, 20 kg to gradually increase the difficulty, 30 kg to challenge yourself more and and 40 kg to assist you with certain exercises such as pull-ups.
