This knee pads provide compression at the knees for moderate impact sports such as power walking exercises that put strain on the knees such as squats and leg presses.It's comfortable to wear with its breathable knit, especially at the back of the knee.With its comfort zones at the kneecap and back of the knee, it doesn't hinder your movements.Can be worn against the skin, except when contraindicated, or on leggings.
