What does the iso 16321-1:2022 standard address?

This is the new standard for personal protective equipment (PPE), replacing EN 166.Its content is similar. The validation test consists of firing a 0.86 g, 6 mm diameter ball at a speed of 45 m/s onto the lens. For the product to be approved, the lens must not give way on impact.The laser marking on the lens and temple complies with the requirements of this standard
