For mid-water fishing simply cast and retrieve your lure using a linear motion. The vibrations from the tail trigger the aggressiveness of predators, who will be lured into biting by the lifelike body shape.You can also fish just above sunken weed beds after letting your lure sink down to the right depth. Simply reel it in at a steady speed.

When predators are not very active and laid up in snag-filled areas (weed beds, obstacles, etc.) you can try sinking your lure down to these areas and working it in an up and down zig-zag pattern. Hits generally occur on the way back down, just before the lure drops back into the obstacles.You can also work the lure this way in open water.
