This is a substance derived from two amino acids:Lysine and methionine
What's it for?
One of the main roles of carnitine is to transport fat molecules within the muscle so that they can be used as fuel.It's also thought to help promote muscle oxygenation through a vasodilatory action.It's thought to impact muscle recovery and growth by acting on the endocrine system (hormones).
