A frame that's adapted for mountain biking:
Our engineers designed this aluminium frame. Sturdy, lightweight, and dynamic, it's designed for tackling any obstacles when out mountain biking.
Powerful braking:
Powerful, progressive braking thanks to the front and rear hydraulic disc brakes.
Breaking in disc brakes:
A bedding-in process is required. On a flat, dry road, perform 3 sets of 10 progressive brake applications at increasing speeds.
1) Ride at 15 km/h, brake down to 5 km/h, and repeat 10 times.
2) Ride at 20 km/h, brake down to 5 km/h, and repeat 10 times.3) Optional (kid's bike):
Ride at 25 km/h, brake down to 5 km/h, and repeat 10 times.Between each step, release and ride for a few dozen metres in order to ventilate the disc.This bedding-in process optimises the pad/disc adhesion.
A single chainring 9-speed drive train:
This bike is equipped with speed control levers that are controlled using the thumb and index finger, allowing effortless changes between the 9 speeds.
This bike has a 32-tooth single chainring and an 11-36 9-speed cassette, making gear changes easy.
They allow you to tackle gradients with a single control.
So you can stay focused on steering.
A front suspension to cushion unpredictable terrain:
This mountain bike has an adjustable fork for clearing obstacles (roots, rocks, stones...) with peace of mind thanks to its 50 mm travel.
A child-friendly saddle:
A saddle with a sporty design, designed with care and adapted to the morphology of children. Comfortable combined with a durable, flexible aluminium seat post.
A precise riding position:
To hone your steering, we have equipped this mountain bike with a short aluminium stem (50 mm) and a 620 mm oversize handlebar. This makes you more precise and responsive on turns.
An aluminium chainset:
The aluminium chainset has a 152 mm crank that is suited to the child's leg length. This light chainset allows you to start pedalling more easily. The double guard over the chain stops it jumping.
Double-wall rims:
The double-walled aluminium rims are light and durable.
To transport your bike, we've made it easier to remove/install the front and rear wheels with a quick release system.
The wide 24"x1.95 Skinwall tyres are lightweight.
The 24" inner tube is compatible with tyre cross-sections of 1.7 to 2.2 with Schrader valves. The tyre pressure is shown on the sidewall (between 2 and 3.5 bars).
