      Design

      By observing the futsal players from our technical partner, the club of CRL Porto Salvo, our design team created this thermobonded futsal ball with just 12 panels. It is thermobonded because we designed the ball for durability and precision during play.

      Weight

      Between 410 and 430 g.

      Circumference

      Between 62.5 and 63.5 cm.

      Sphericity

      Average measured variation: maximum of 1.5%. We measure the football's sphericity at 16 different points and then examine any differences. When the discrepancy is greater than 1.5% (FIFA Quality Pro Standard), our engineers are tasked with improving the sphericity to ensure consistent rebound.

      Maximum pressure loss

      15% in 72 hours

      Bounce

      Between 55 and 65cm with a maximum difference of 10cm between the ball's highest and lowest bounce. Each ball is dropped 10 times on a steel plate from 2 metres in height.

      Precision

      Our design team rolls the ball on an inclined surface towards a table. The direction of the trajectory and the variation of the trajectory's angle are measured: maximum acceptable deviation of 5°.

      Shape and pressure retention

      The ball resists up to 5000 shots against an inclined flat concrete slab at 50 km / h at a distance of 2.5 m. Circumference increases by a maximum of 1 cm. 1.5% variation in sphericity and maximum 10% change in pressure.
