Description
Like the aluminium models, the Ecozen® water bottle is not insulated. To keep your drinks cool, we recommend using a suitable insulated cover; for this water bottle, please use the 1 L cover (ref: 8969166). It can hold hot liquids, although these will cool down quickly. This model is also suitable for fizzy drinks. Do not use in the microwave or the freezer.
The cap opens easily with one hand by pressing the white button marked ‘PRESS’. For transport, it can be locked by sliding it downwards: a red indicator appears and prevents the cap from opening. The cap features a handy filter for infusing fruit. The water bottle is transparent and marked in 200 ml increments so you can easily see the liquid level.
Rinse the entire product 3 times with clear water before using for the first time. Clean your water bottle after each use with hot, soapy water. It is dishwasher-safe, but please ensure you replace the cap’s seal if it comes loose during the cycle, to ensure it remains watertight. Leave the cap and the bottle to dry separately. For a thorough clean, leave the water bottle to soak overnight in a solution of water and bicarbonate of soda.
Our products and materials meet the food contact standards in force. They do not contain Bisphenol A (BPA) in accordance with the French regulations in force. Plastics are divided into 6 categories depending on their properties. If a plastic does not fit into one of these 6 classes, it switches to class 7 (where we find all kinds of food-grade and non-food-grade plastics). Ecozen®, made for food contact, falls into category 7.
