Choosing between a glute band and this ankle band
The glute band is a must for lower body training, especially static movements: glute raises, lunges, leg raises, etc...When integrating dynamic / cardio movements like star jumps, lunges and jump squats into your workouts, the ankle strap and band is more appropriate as it will not fall down.
