Very warm foot muff, waterproof and adaptable -25° C-Turquoise

The design team created a strap fitting system for 3-point and 5 point harnesses. This can be used on a sledge, a pushchair and a trailer on a bike.

The comfort temperature rating is included between -5°C and -25°C. We test our products in the lab to measure their thermal insulation. The measurements are taken on a thermal mannequin equipped with clothing and ski accessories. The measurement shown is the outside temperature at which a 2-year-old child is neither hot nor cold. This feels different according to the intensity of the activity and how you feel.

Our designers use wadding to keep the body warm. This polyester-based synthetic component traps more or less air depending on its thickness. The thicker the wadding, the more air it contains and the warmer it is.The baby foot muff uses:- Two layers of superimposed wadding of 150 g/m² each layer.- A layer of reinforced insulation on the seat with a needle punch at 150 g/m².- A 220 g/m² fleece lining on the back and seat.

To keep warm and dry, simply apply the 3-technical layer rule in addition to the accessories (snow boots, mittens, ski socks):- Layer 1 or thermal base layer to stay dry. - Layer 2 or an insulating layer, to keep the heat in.- Layer 3 against bad weather.

This waterproof baby foot muff has been validated in a shower test under 60 litres of water / sqm / hour for 4 hours. This test reproduces the average conditions of a snow storm.

The waterproofing of a fabric by a coating or a membrane is measured in Schmerbers or H20 mm (pressure of a water column). The higher this number, the more waterproof the fabric.This baby foot muff is designed with a waterproof coating (JIS 1092 standard): this component resists 5,000 mm H20 (Schmerbers) before washing (equivalent to the pressure exerted by a 5 metre column of water).

To adapt to your child's height (from 73 cm to 95 cm), a wide adjustable rip-tab strap along the baby's length while riding and attaching to the bottom.

Thanks to the water-repellent zip with 4 sliders, you have several options:- Use the foot muff sideways to easily pop your child onto the sledge or a pushchair.- Cover or uncover your child.- Open or close to ventilate the bottom of the foot muff.

We take particular care in choosing materials that are suitable for use in order to guarantee the best possible durability.The baby foot muff, used on a sledge, a pushchair or a bike trailer, is able to withstand abrasive rubbing. The design team selected a component that is resistant to abrasion on the outer lower part.According to the Martindale test (EN ISO 12947-1:1999), this component resists abrasion up to 72000 cycles.

This product is repairable.We commit to repairing your product free of charge for the duration of the warranty. Whatever it is, fixings, seams, zips, etc. These solutions are offered in your usual store. However, if we can't repair your product (production defect), we will exchange it or reimburse you.
