How do i put on this neoprene wetsuit?

With little ones, you need something practical! So to make them easier to put on, we've opted for an overall shape. The two shoulder straps are fastened with press studs. Once the overalls are on, all you have to do is slip your arms through the jacket and zip up the back.Smooth surface (Neoprene Glidskin) at the neck, wrists and ankles for added comfort and easier on/off.

Why kit out children with neoprene wetsuits?

Baby's skin is very sensitive to the sun, because infants' defence systems only become effective after the age of 3. For identical exposure, the effects of the sun are 2 to 3 times stronger on a child than on an adult. It is therefore important to protect them effectively.

What does upf 50+ mean?

UPF is a sun protection factor (Ultra Violet Protection Factor) and is standardised worldwide. It defines the protection level of a fabric and more precisely the proportion of UV rays it lets through. To meet the standards, it must block at least 95% of UV rays. UPF 50+ means that the fabric blocks at least 95% of UVA and 98% of UVB rays.

Behaviour in the sun?

Although this baby UV protection wetsuit provides protection from the sun, other factors such as reflections (from water, sand, etc.), heat, time of day, and so on, must be taken into account. Wearing this shorty suit does not exempt the wearer from following the relevant advice: wear sunglasses, regularly apply suitable sun cream, wear a hat, drink regularly, etc.
