Caring for your mat
After a workout where your feet, hands, and head are on your mat, it\'s important to clean your mat. Simply use soapy water and a small kitchen towel. Air dry, ideally out of direct sunlight. You may smell an odour during the first few times you use the mat - not to worry, it will disappear over time.
