Waist: Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, above your belly button. Raise your head, tighten the tape and breathe normally.

Hand: Hold a tape measure at the bend of the thumb. Wrap around your palm.

- Compatibility: These baskets fit Quechua and Forclaz hiking poles except the MT100 model Compatibility is not guaranteed for poles of other brands - screws: Screw the basket onto the tip. The most important thing is to screw right to the end, even if it takes a little more time - the locking mechanism: Once it is screwed right in, you should feel the notches. Stop at the first or second notch. This allows you to lock the basket in position and not lose it
